Refund Policy – Maid Cook India

Welcome to Maid Cook India. We are committed to providing reliable domestic staffing services. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any membership or service.

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all services booked through Maid Cook India, including:
Maid Services

1 Cook Services
2 Babysitter / Nanny
3 Elder Care
4 Housekeeping Staff
5 Driver
6 Domestic Helper Placement

Any Membership Plan purchased through our website

2. Membership Charges

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once the hiring process has started.

However, refund may be considered under the following conditions:

* If Maid Cook India is unable to provide any suitable staff within the promised service period mentioned in your selected plan.

* If the company officially cancels your service request before the recruitment process starts.

* Approved refunds will be processed according to this policy.

3. Replacement Policy

If the selected staff leaves the job, is unavailable, or is unsuitable during the replacement period mentioned in your plan, Maid Cook India will provide a replacement according to your membership benefits.

* Replacement service is preferred over monetary refunds.

4. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests will only be considered if:

* No staff could be arranged within the promised timeline Then your amount will be get 50% After 45 days.
* Duplicate payment was made.
* Payment was deducted but service could not be initiated due to a technical error caused by Maid Cook India.
* The company is unable to fulfill the purchased service.

5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided if:

* You change your mind after payment.
* You refuse available candidates without a valid reason.
* You hire staff outside Maid Cook India after registration.
* Incorrect information was provided by the customer.
* Membership validity has expired.
* Service has already been successfully provided.
* Payment gateway charges, bank charges, GST (where applicable), or other statutory deductions cannot be refunded if already incurred.

6. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their request by informing Maid Cook India in writing.
If recruitment work has already started, cancellation does not automatically make the payment refundable.

7. Refund Process
To request a refund, please provide:

1 Registered Name
2 Registered Mobile Number
3 Payment ID / Transaction ID
4 Reason for Refund

Our team will review the request within 3–7 business days.
If approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method or bank account within 7–15 business days, depending on banking and payment gateway processing times.

8. Company’s Rights

Maid Cook India reserves the right to reject any refund request that does not meet the conditions mentioned in this policy.
