2. Our Services

Maid Cook India provides recruitment and placement assistance for domestic staff, including but not limited to:

* House Maids
* Cooks
* Babysitters/Nannies
* Caretakers
* Elderly Care Providers
* Drivers
* Housekeeping Staff

We act as a facilitator between customers and service providers. Final hiring decisions remain solely with the customer.

3. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

4. Registration & Information

Customers agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information while registering or requesting services. Providing false or misleading information may result in cancellation of services.

5.Membership & Service Charges

Membership and service charges are displayed before payment. By making payment, the customer agrees to the applicable charges.
Refunds are governed solely by our Refund Policy.

6. Verification

Maid Cook India makes reasonable efforts to verify candidates wherever possible. However, customers are advised to conduct their own verification and interview before final hiring.

7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:

* Treat domestic staff respectfully.
* Provide a safe and lawful working environment.
* Comply with all applicable labour and employment laws.
* Pay agreed salaries and benefits directly to the staff.

8. Staff Responsibilities
Domestic staff are expected to:

* Provide genuine identity information.
* Perform duties honestly and professionally.
* Follow mutually agreed working conditions.

9. Replacement Policy

Replacement services, where applicable, shall be provided according to the company’s Replacement Policy. Replacement requests must satisfy the stated eligibility conditions.

10.Cancellation

Maid Cook India reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of fraud, misuse, abusive behaviour, illegal activities, or violation of these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

Maid Cook India acts only as a recruitment and placement facilitator. We shall not be liable for disputes, misconduct, negligence, property damage, financial loss, injuries, or any indirect or consequential damages arising after placement.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, logos, graphics, images, designs, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Maid Cook India and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

13.Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.Dont worry about your data licking and Tranfering to another Third party.

14. Force Majeure

Maid Cook India shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet failures, pandemics, or similar events.

15.Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website with the revised effective date.

16.Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Delhi, India.
